High quality property photography for catalogues, sales particulars, Airbnb adverts, etc. Property photographs require both attention to detail when shooting, and professional post processing afterwards. I always use colour adjusted off-camera flash to balance lighting when photographing property, which prevents the typical blue tints from daylight and fluorescent tubes, or the orange tones from warm tone bulbs, spoiling the ambience of the image. All images are carefully edited to correct white balance, lens curvature issues and to remove or minimise temporary distractions, before being placed in a password protected online gallery from where you can view, download, and order prints. All mages are licensed for Business Use. Because properties vary so much in size charges for this service are calculated on an hourly rate. Post processing time usually works out about the same amount of time as that of the shoot. Typically costs for this service will be between £105 and £140.
